Ways to be a great salesman & Communicator?

Is there any kinds of jobs that can teach me to sell, I know communication comes with mostly all jobs but I want to learn how to like push (convince) people to buy something in other words be an amazing salesman.

I see plenty of jobs that are looking for experienced salesmen and I have no experience but I have the will to learn I hope to one day sell houses or cars but it seems that I cant get the chance!!

Any advice? I want to walk up to an independent car dealership and offer my service and let the owner know that I want to become great!

The car dealer will hire you because of your spirit. But the problem comes after you are hired. The dealer hires too many sales staff. Then he expects you to "work the phone" all day ..... calling people who want to buy a car. You would be lucky to know one person who wants to buy a car today.
You can get your realty license in less than a month. Get it. That career is perfect for you. You are selling houses to people who need a home. It is fun and profitable.
