I forgot 1 facebook account in which i verified with my mobile number?

i made a facebook account about 3-4 years ago.... during these years i made 2-3 accounts more and verified one of those with my mobile number... but currently i am using only 1 account(1 year passed)...

''The phone number you're trying to verify was recently used to verify a different account. Please try a different number.''

I forgot in which account i verified it with my mobile number. Is there any way to find out which account is already verified with my mobile number?

if you know your login id then you can try to recover your password from every number that you use to verify at the time of creating facebook account .if your mobile number is correct for that account you get message from facebook
just do hit and trail method

Please log in to your facebook account with the no youmade your fb account 3-4 years back
then enter any password
It will say wrong password
Click on forgot my password
It will send you a link on your mobile and then open that and verify
now your earlier account has been unlocked
open that account and go on settings in the right top button and click on mobile and then remove that mobile from there
Now you can take that no and link it with your new account
