no access to mail?

I can open account but not read emails.

This could be just because of slow Internet Browser or Out-dated web browser, follow below steps -

IN CASE OF SLOW NET
1. Try visiting mobile website of your email provider by placing m. in front of the Mail provider's address for example if your email provider is gmail.com then go to m.gmail.com

IN CASE OF OUT-Date Browser
1. First thing I would like to advice you don't access your Email using Internet Explorer since there could be possibility that its and out dated
2. Second try alternative web browser such as Firefox, Google Chrome
