App for sending msg!!?
is there any app for sending msg through internet to a mobile.while the other person has no internet and the app im using??...

If they don't have a connection to the internet, they can't receive the message unless you are using SMS and sending strait to their phone number. But even then if the phone isn't activated or they are out of service or don't have SMS capabilities, they won't receive the message. The internet doesn't work with out the internet. Same for phones, if you don't have a connection, you can't use it.

You should try HIke messanger , they give free sms and the one who doesn't have the app can also receive it.

You can actually use your email app to do this. Every major carrier operates what's called an Email-to-SMS gateway. You'll need to look up the gateway for your friend's operator. You send an email to their phone number @ the gateway, and they'll receive it as a text message. So if they had the number 1-555-555-1234 and were on Verizon Wireless, you'd send a message to 15555551234@vtext.com and they'd receive it as a text. (The one at the front is the country code for the US and Canada, by the way. We often leave that out, so if you're from one of those countries, you might not have seen it before).

Yes. you can use way2sms app for Android, Pc and java enabled phone.
