How do you set your computer to log off the internet browser and the internet connection at the same time. When I X-out or close, the internet is still connected forcing me to shut my computer off improperly (with programs still running)?

I'm not sure how to do it at the same time, but you can close the internet browser and then go to the Network Connections folder from Start-> Settings (if you're using Windows XP). You'll find your internet connections there and you can usually right click your internet connection. There should be an option to disconnect or disable the connection there.
