help about streaming games?

hey got a question about streaming games especially league of legends and scarlet blade. i got 55mb download 8mb upload 23ms ping. my pc specs are i5-2400 3.10Ghz,6gb ram, GTX 460 graphics. and when i play it doesnt lag but when i stream its starts lagging . im planning on upgrading the grapics card to GTX 760 Phantom 4096MB but would it be enough? or do i need to upgrade something else ?

Streaming uses up your CPU and RAM mostly. I couldnt imagine why your setup would lag unless your stream settings are at too high of a bit rate.Your internet connection is fine. Try turning down the stream quality a bit depending on where its at. If this doesn't help you could upgrade to a 3770k CPU and or faster RAM. However your 460 does seem to be the bottle neck so upgrading to a gtx 760 would help. Hope you get it figured out!
