How do I create a want on ebay?

How do I create a "want" on ebay? I know you can do it on other sites, like Advanced Book Exchange, but I can't find a way of doing it on ebay. But I'm sure that it must be possible. All I want to do is save the fact that I am looking for a certain type of item (a wristwatch) so that I receive an automatic alert every time one is posted similar to the one I am searching for. It must be pretty simple, but how do I do it? Thanks.
