Well, we already look like we are dating in fb, the way we message each other, calling each other babe, darling, love and etc. And now i'm about to see her this Friday and take her to the movies. I want to ask her out after the movie, and make it official. Now, should i kiss her? We already saw each other in our first date, and i didn't even give her hug, i know im bad. v.v But now its a whloe different story, she wants to hug me, and wants to see me.

So should i kiss her? and when? Whats the perfect time to do it?

If she gives signs all through the date that she likes you then do it! At the end is the typical time so that's probably fine. Do a hug first and then go for the kiss. Don't use tongue. Just don't.
