I have a blackberry 9300 that is a pay as you go, I used to be able to access fb outside my house?

recently though when I'm out and go onto fb it says unable to connect (error message 100), why is this? I top up 15 pound a month but last month I still had 25 pound in my phone so didn't bother topping up, I still have £10 credit but could the reason b because I haven't topped up by the £15? I skipped a month b4 and could still access fb and internet, plus it allows me to connect while I'm in my house

you need the blackberry data plan active to use fb etc. just call your network they will activate it for you and deduct £5 from your credit. PS its not a case of topping up, its making sure the data plan is renewed each month.
