Can other people access data on my iPhone through internet?
Are there any applications that secretly access the camera on iPhone? I see my photos on internet but I don't think I posted them.

Yes, but they'd need physical access to your phone or your co-operation to install the spyware. It can't really be done remotely -- at least I'm not aware of any methods that would allow that.

You'd also kind of notice if there was spyware running on your phone, because it'd feel warm to the touch (even when it hasn't seen use in a while) and the battery would drain noticeably faster.

You could have an instant share setting on. If you integrated Flickr, twitter, or Facebook into the OS through settings, then that might be it. Also look under your photo settings in the settings app, there is a sharing setting under it.
