Internet Connection Problem????????????

My internet connection is really slow and disconnects often, even though the signal says it has an exceleent signal, I know it isn't a virus cause when I use the library's internet my computer is really fast, but I'm getting really annoyed because I have work to do and this stupid connection problem is really holding me up, I have DSL, this is terrible it takes like 4 min. to load google news, i ve emptied the ccache, and the cookies, i have no idea what to do, anybody who can give me some tech advice would be appriciated

You should contact your service provider and get them to do some work. If possible, upgrade to a higher data plan which offers you faster speed.
If you are using wireless internet connection, then ask your service provider to check the actual signal strength in the area where you are having this problem.
