HOW TO AVOID SPOILERS IN ANIME?

I am sick and tired of having everything spoiled for me.I am watching One Piece and for 3 consecutive arcs the storyline has been spoiled for me.It was either my friends(which i told them to stop) or liking a video on youtube and the comments had one or on a facebook page i liked?What should i do?Should i just stop using social media?
I am on the latest episode of the anime but people who read the manga spoil what happens later...

you should catch up, and not go on youtube/facebook till you do

Not much you can do pal, if you realise that someone is about to spoil it for you just tell them to stop, if you start to read something and it seems like a spoiler then don't read it. I know how you feel, a lot of people write without giving any warning, a prime example is Yahoo Answers, they ask questions but don't add warnings, even the titles sometimes contain spoilers.

The only thing we can do as Anime/Manga lovers is to keep bugging people about warning about spoilers, so if you see something then keep telling them to add a warning, I do it all the time although it doesn't exactly seem to help but if more and more people started doing it them people might remember to add spoilers tag or something.
