Creating add for facebook pages?

I like to create facebook add for page. But I don't understand that about the money. I need to pay about the add or something different?

On facebook, you pay when people click your ads. So for example, if you set your ad PPC at 0,50$, everytime someone clicks your ad you will be charged 50cents. But if you set your PPC to a low rate, people that have high rates ads next to you will appear more often than yours. It's exactly the same as google ads. Hope this helps
