I can't upload video to instagram?

I have a Samsung Galaxy SIII. I record the video on my regular camera, then go to my gallery to share it to instagram. It lets me trim it, pick a filter, but after choosing a cover photo, it just says unfortunately Instagram has stopped and shuts down the app. On the rare occasion that it lets me share it to IG, it won't share to Facebook even though I choose the option. It all started when I uninstalled IG then reinstalled it. Since its been happening I've tried uninstalling, reinstalling, clearing data, restarting my phone, and all the same things with the FB app. IG does let me share photos to IG and FB. Just not videos. Any solutions? #1stworldproblems haha

WARNING: And I don't know where to post this. IJHB repeatedly posts the same site. It's an AUTOMATIC download and he/she gets paid for every person who clicks onto the site. Apparently trying to remove it from your computer then becomes your problem.
