reset through your email id which you have provided via clicking forget button if not i m sry
there is no way to get your password

Try Hitting Forgot Password Put in your Email Not your Username And See if it Can Pull Up your Account if it Does Go to your Email Facebook Will Send a Password Reset Link to your Email

When you log in again with your email address click on "forgot password" you should receive an email from facebook to reset it , click on the link and reset it from there.

hi friend for the facebook recovery not need to username you have only your email id then you enter
the id here https://www.facebook.com/login/identify?ctx=recover
then you got a password ...........
