my aunt hermes is a grand wizrd in the dept of justice. i will refer your complaint to her. she has a lot of power and can hunt down the persons involved. i suspect they might be russian butchers - the worst kind of internet thugs.

Bottom line here is that your cousin needs to report this himself. He needs to prove that this page/photo is not his. I didn't even look at the page, BTW. This is something he has to take care of himself. If he's afraid to because he's underage, he needs to either suck it up and report it, or suck it up and leave it alone. No one here knows your cousin or what he looks like, so how would anyone here be able to determine if this is, indeed, a "fake" page?
