I don't want to call the company out just yet, but when we hired them they had us request PINS from Google. Now that we're ending the relationship, we want access to our Google information (hours, etc) but aren't having luck getting it from them. Should I just request a new pin or each location? Thanks!

Basically yes.

Go to Google+ Local, find your business and ask to take control of it. They will send a PIN in the post to your address and then you can edit your listing.

Also make sure in Google admin that you delete their email address so they cannot make changes themselves.

Hi Tim

if you are looking for google places listing, then if you have the account access then no need to worry as you are the owner of the account. if not then do one thing. call up google local and prove your business association with them and they will send you the login access once you are authorised by them. if something else you were looking for please feel free to contact me on below
