I need to know how to start up a facebook page for my marketing business?

I have just recently enrolled as an associate with a marketing company. Is it possible that I could somehow start up a page on Facebook that would relate to the product, be personal yet send traffic to my website for possible business. Is this even allowed by facebook?

Yes, Facebook has an option to create a free page specifically for businesses. You can create the page by creating your own Facebook account (don't worry, no one will see that your account is assciated with the business page) and then go to http://www.facebook.com/business/?pages where you can begin to design a page for your company and/or product. You can add pictures, descriptions, company information, forums, links, etc etc.
