Honestly speaking, I have tried many "major" resume websites and I haven't found even one of them to be worth being mentioned here. They all talk too much about their product and their editing services to be exceptional but there are NOT. I've used ResumeEdge, Career Builder, Monster Resume, ResumesPlanet and other big names but I've received my resume with numerous spelling errors. Additionally, they advertise that they have writers in almost every industry who can create a professional resume for you. What they don't tell you is that you have to pay extra if you want someone in your field to actually write your resume. Needless to say, my writer had an IT and computer science background which is not the best fit for a resume focusing on Human Resources. Then I enhanced my Resume to have that 'wow' factor - I received a resume from an industry expert which had numerous errors that someone with industry experience would never have made. I sent it to my dream job and followed it up with a call. The recruiter pointed out numerous format errors with my resume and asked me to make those changes and resubmit. Not what I expected after spending $200 to enhance it. I would have been better off using my old resume. These websites are all CRAP! Very expensive and of low quality.

I think that best site these days are LinkedIn, Xing and Google Profile. Put all information about you there, build your network and i believe that everything will happen.
