How do I tell my mom about a bad grade?!?

So, I usually get A's and B's, but this quarter I didn't! This is my report card
English: B-
Math:B
Spanish: B-
World Studies: B+
Science: C+
Report cards come out Monday, and I'm really really scared!! How should I tell her about it?!?

Lead with a solution. Start by saying that you realize that you slacked off this quarter, BUT you are embarrassed about it and you will do much better the next quarter. Also, tell her that you will cut down your tv watching by half as well as Facebook, etc.

they are really good grades, I got fails on every single subject -- you should have seen how my parents reacted XD dont worry lovely! you will be fine

Just say that you didn't try your hardest this quarter but you've learned from your mistakes so you will get better grades.
