Do I need to return this Ebay item?

The item arrived broken, and the seller didn't respond even when a case was opened. After the 2 weeks waiting for the seller to respond, Ebay decided it in my favour and refunded me the purchase and postage costs. It doesn't say anything in the message about returning it, and I think it's Ebay itself that refunded the money, so do I need to return it?
