Is the pretty little liars spoilers on the rubbish Instagram accounts real?

Well I accidentally came across a spoiler account on Instagram and it was saying a few spoilers but when I went to tease arch about them online to check if they were certainly true nothing came up! Does this mean they are not true? I hope they are not! As I've been very patient throughout the whole show and the person who make this account could of ruined the whole things for me thanks for answering in advance
