Instagram screen shots?

How do people take pictures of their screen with no root no downloading or using a computer

They have an ipod or iphone which allows us o do a screenshot. or an android.

I don't know if instagram is just on iphone, but to screen shot on an iphone you press the top button (that you use to turn off your phone) and the center round button at the same time

try to press the top right before the center button. but almost at the exact same time

On a iPhone hold down the power button and the home button at the same time. On android devices it varies by manufacture. On windows 7 use the snipping tool.
