Can I hide a Facebook friendship from another user?

On FACEBOOK - is there any way I can set a Facebook friend so other users can't see we are friends?

I am supposed to be deleting someone from Facebook but don't want to. Wondering if there's any way it could appear we are not friends or hide the friendship ...

you can hide your entire friends list

but you cant hide just one person

and even if you hide your entire friends list, the person you are trying to hide it from might see the other person's comments on your stuff... there is no way to prevent that

No You Can Not Hide 1 Friendship you Have to Either Hide your Friends List All Togather From that Person Or Show All Of your Friends if you Want to Hide Your Friends List From That Person Go to your Friends List Click on the Pencil than Click Edit Privacy than Select Customize Add That Person to the Restricted List

Well, it is so easy. Login to FB account. Go to your profile. Click on "FRIENDS" button, and here you get the different options on the drop list. Now, You select the "Only me" option, and It is only visible on your side. And other users won't see your friend list.
