Can people still find the sites I've been on when I delete the history?

If I delete the history off of my Firefox, Internet Explorer, or Google Chrome, will the the sites I went to still be found on my computer? If so, how do I delete it off the computer?
This is a school computer, and I don't want the info to go back to the school when I send it back (I go to an online school). Will they likely find the info?

Depends on how tech savvy some one that wants to know is, For the most part yes. If this is at work, no one will care but if your into child porn then the police are very good at finding your browsing history no matter what you do. Chrome has incognito browsing that might help you.
