Mobile Tweets not being received?

I have twitter and added my cell phone number. It said my cellphone was confirmed so I tried sending a message. I checked my twitter page 5 minutes later to see if the message was received. It wasn't. I've been trying for an hour and a half. I looked at Twitters FAQ and I could find nothing. By the way my cellphone service is Cellcom and I have a Motorola Rokr Z6m. And my phone isn't internet enabled, though twitter said that it wouldn't be an issue. thanks

if you dont have internet on your phone,
text your updates to the number 40404 .

you will also get a text from twitter when someone
sends you a Direct Message.
