Many things crashing on my computer?

When Windows 7 loads and my desktop appears, certain programs crash, for example: AMD Catalyst Control Center, Dropbox and more. I open Google Chrome and it opens a windows with 'Aw, snap!' and 'Reload'.. After some time, after a billion reloads if I go in YouTube and try to watch a videoclip Adobe Shockwave crashes . If I open a game like League of Legends the launcher crashes 3-4 times.. Do you have any suggestions or ideas ? Please tell me.

Answer to jake: It's the first thing I tried, I restored it to a week ago's, but it didn't really help, now I don't have any good restore points .

Put all your important stuff on USB's and system restore your pc. When it's finished the system restore it will be as good as new

Dont listen to Jake he does not know what he is talking about. If you do system restore then no files are effected. But in your case system restore is no good. You need to reinstall your operating system. Back up your stuff then reinstall windows. This will fix any current errors and any future errors.
