PSN error 80710092?

I've been getting this error at least 3 times a week recently while every other device in my house connects without a problem. I usually have to wait hours before my ps3 will connect again. If I do an internet connection test, it fails the 'Internet Connection' part, even though the internet browser on the ps3 connects fine. I've tried everything and a wired connection isn't possible.

Sounds like it's not getting the IP from the router in order to connect. You say you've "tried everything," but does that include using Custom settings and enter the IP Address manually? That's what I've had to do with mine to keep it connected. If you have done that, then you may need to get another / better modem / router.
