You can get an email sent to ur emails. or get a code sent to ur mobile

if u can't log into fb u can either
1: answer security question
2: identify photos of friends
3: enter another persons email address (someone u trust) and your new password can be sent there
(my mum had to do this to get on her account, she used my email)
I'm not quite sure how she did this though

u should type in your browser "what can I do if I forget my facebook details" or something along those lines, this should fetch up results of what u can do to retrieve the information u need
