Why won't my instagram video upload?

I have the galaxy note 2 and my instagram app is updated but it seems like for the last month everytime I try to post a video it says instagram has stopped working. I've reported it and uninstalled it and still nothing has changed..... help!!!

Don't worry.
It seems happening some time.
May be it is some technical issue, so you just wait for some time and then try again.
If issue will remain then try some older version of instagram.

I think it is some issue of Facebook.
So don't worry, keep try after some time.
And also check your network connection.
