Boyfriend says he dated us at the SAME TIME WTF?

I was scrolling through my boyfriends Facebook messages bc he left it unlocked and saw a message to a girl saying how he was "dating two girls from Cullmun but nothing serious"
It was April of 2013 and we met March 2013.
He claims that they only hung out less than 4 times and it was always with a group of friends and that he didn't even consider them together. Just friends. As nothing flourished between them. He also claims they didn't do anything physically...

we have been together for a year, talk about being together for the rest of our lives, we are pretty serious, and I stay with him 4 nights a week, go on trips, fly places like fall break went to Orlando.
He says that me and him were still getting to know each other and that he stopped and faded every other girl he was talking so he could just be with me....

Am I being a little too over reacting

yes your over reacting too much! Relax! the important thing is that he chose you and that he loves you!

Well honestly that raises a red flag.. Because if he is serious about you being with him then he would have pics of you and him together on his page.. Update his status to in a relationship with you.. He would basically celebrate you. How embarrassing to post that about you on FB. Don't live as someone's shadow. You two need to seriously talk and take it from there. But for me personally that is grounds to walk away

Unless he does anything else sketchy i would let this go. He may have just been trying to show off for his friend. As long as he isnt still talking to the girl then I really dont see any harm in what he did. Most guys are hesitant when they first get into a relationship.
