He gets the images right in camera.

It looks like he might desaturate the images a bit or use other photoshop options, but that is it.

Dang, those are not half bad. Not sure I entirely like his aesthetic preference or sense of colour half the time, but he can shoot.

He likely doesn't use many "filters" and "programs", and if he does, they are only to bring out what he captured in the first place. Filters and programs are basically for people who don't know how to operate a camera or who don't understand lighting, composition and style.

I think Matt's right about the desaturation though, some of his shots have a slightly monochromatic feel to them.

But fundamentally, if you don't have some experience with a camera then no filter or program is going to get you shots like those.

Cannot say! probably Photoshop but each photo looks to have been taken or edited in a different way.
I'm not really keen on many of them.
