GIRLS: If she is looking, smiling, responsive in texts... is she interested?

When I first joined this club at school, there was a girl who would be constantly looking at me during our meetings, smiling, etc. I busted her like 25 times one day (this is when I was a "newcomer"). Wasn't initially interested but now that I'm more integrated in the group, we've been getting to know each other more... whenever we all have a group chat on Facebook (there's like 20 of us), it ended with just me and her talking, laughing, having a fun conversation. When I text her she is pretty responsive, puts a smiley face in almost every text,replies right away, asks lots of questions. Also noticed that if I give another girl a hug she looks away. Also, her friend was joking about her ring being an engagement ring (when I was with them) and she got embarrassed and took it off (it wasn't).
