Someone has created a Facebook page where he Photoshops penises into my pictures, can I take legal action?
I've tried reporting the page to Facebook. They haven't done anything, and it's been over a week. I don't know the person behind it personally, he found me through a game. He has also created a fake account with my photo as the profile picture. It's obviously fake, but Facebook hasn't done anything about it, either. Is there anything I can do, legally? Can I take this to a court ?(I can find his IP.)

Probably, call the police and ask them.
But you would get better answers if you re post this is a law categories. # All Categories > # Politics & Government > # Law & Ethics |

Probably you could. I'd contact a lawyer about this. He might plea his 1st amendment though.

Not ure about "legal" action, but you can report the page to facebook. They will look at the pictures and determine it is pornographic or offensive. Then they will block his account.
They may even block his IP address. |
