What does CRT stand for?

I'm playing Madoka Magica Online and in the weapon card thingy, there's ATK, DEF, HP and CRT.
I already know that ATK is attack, DEF is defence and HP is health power, but I have no idea what CRT means. Can someone please explain it to me? (Yeah, I know, I'm a noob!)
