How to check if a site is legit?

Hi i saw this site named FreeGTA5CashCards.com and i dont think its realy legit could someone tell me if it is please i checked it out on Whois but nothing Thanks.

not legit. 9/10 times if it sounds to good to be true... it usually is. And with a name like FreeGTA5CashCards.com, well needless to say that is a terrible domain name for any type of reputable site

It is a new owner hidden site created 10/1/2013 with the owner in Panama

So far, it is a no information site. If you provide an email address expect it shared over the internet.

Nope just by reading the url you can tell it's not. If something sounds too good to be true, it almost always is. Plus, nothing and I mean NOTHING is ever "free". It might not cost you any physical money, but believe me, they will make money by selling your personal info to other companies.
