Your old bookmarks are gone now. I recommend using a web browser such as Google Chrome or Firefox. If you have a Google Account it will automatically sync your settings and Firefox has a sync service you can setup. Both will save your favorites/bookmarks online so you can sync then by signing into your Google Account/Firefox Sync account.

Search for bookmarks folder , right click , properties , choose versions tab at the top , and choose restore old version.
