Facebook cancled my account because It said I have a fake name? Its my real name?
How do I fix it with out giving them my personal information (i.e a government identification like a birth certificate) to prove my name is coming up as the only option, the account is only used to speak with family in other parts of the world and share photos with them, I've got a lot of pictures and videos on there I don't want to lose and I know they can bring it back for me. But the means of giving personal information to some punk at a call center who I don't know and don't trust with critical information (obviously) How do I know that the person at the call center viewing and checking my information isn't taking it? I know they sign a security waver but I doubt if somebody would steal someones identity that they would be honest and keep the security aspect how they should.
The person could ruin my credit or worse.. does anybody have any idea what to do? has this happened to someone else, has anyone actually given them their Identification?

you are way overthinking it - facebook isnt going to steal your identity - and providing them with proof of your name and age (you must be over 13 btw) is the only way to get your account back now

I suppose you could contact someone at the call center and call them a jerk, but that won't help. I suppose you could show them something like a driver's licence or something

If you do not submit proof of identity, they will close the account within 14 days. There is no way around this. They are not going to steal your identity - Facebook has strong privacy policies and must comply with privacy laws

Looks like you have no choice. You either give them your personal information. Or just let them close your account.
