What does this mean in Twitter's TOS?

What does this mean in Twitter's TOS?
I am using the Twitter API, and would like to write a tutorial about a specific use for the Tweet button.

Here's my only concern (from the Twitter API TOS on https://dev.twitter.com/terms/api-terms): "sell, rent, lease, sublicense, redistribute, or syndicate access to the Twitter API or Twitter Content to any third party without prior written approval from Twitter."

Does this mean that I can't a) copy a bunch of stuff from their site like code, or b) I can't use API code anywhere except embedded in my web page?

Thanks!

Mostly, it means that you can't repackage a bunch of tweets via the API and sell them, and that you need to be signed up as a developer to get access to the API in the first place. I'm thinking that if you actually dropped them a line and told them what you were going to do, they'd be okay with it.
