instagram won't let me like, comment or upload ,its asking me to verify my account,how to i do that?

looks like the captcha couldnt load properly, try reloading (if you hadnt done that). If that doesnt work see if ur mobile or tab is connected to the internet and is getting a good signal. try going to options etc. there might be a way through which you could verify by mobile or maybe, although it doesnt seem like it, try checking your e-mail inbox through which u registered, there might be a mail from instagram. If nothing works, do the following :-
1.close instagram by tapping that home button
2.never open it again (its a shitty thing)
3.and download a game called lane splitter and play it, its amazing

Looks Like Its Asking you to Type in A Captcha Code From the Picture i am Seeing it Looks Like it Didint Load Properly Try Reloading it and See if the Box Comes Up If it Does Type in the Code That Appears on the Screen
