I can't uninstall EXEchecker on my computer; doesn't show up on programs, yet its on Google Chrome?
I have the adware, EXEchecker, on my computer. On Google Chrome, it's listed as an extension, but doesn't allow me to delete it for some reason. It says its managed and cannot be removed or disabled. It isn't on my list of programs on my control panel when I go to uninstall it. I deleted all other "shady" programs, yet it's still there! Why? Please help, these ads are getting annoying!

If you can't delete it from chrome (menu->extensions->garbage icon) then...
Delete Chrome (uninstall)
Clean up some files (it's always good to do this, you might find leftover adware or 2 Smile
Reinstall chrome

If at this point, the extension still cannot be erased... I would go digging out files myself, but unless you are highly aware of the Windows file structure, you should probably consider a deep, thorough pc cleanup. (windows recovery)

If you can't uninstall EXEchecker on Control Panel, you could force uninstall it with program remvoal tool. There is an example video for telling how to force delete programs in your pc. It shows you how to operate the processes of "Force Uninstall" function including moving icons or folders to delete the program and its related files. What you need to do is to follow the Next steps of the screen until you finish the program removal. This operation can be well used in all programs that you want to uninstall by using software uninstall tool.
