When I call YAHOO & there is a 30 minute wait, i've cisconnected twice at about the 25th minute. WHY?
Why can't I access my website to make changes via YAHOO by clicking onto my SITEBUILDER ICON any more. I've tried calling YAHOO twice with a wait of 30 minutes each time and was disconnected both times after waiting about 25 minutes.

Yahoo phone lines can be very busy. A wait time of 30 to 60 minutes isn't unheard of. That's why you also have access to the web-based contact form and can also contact them via Twitter and Facebook.
