Yahoo - why did you screw up the email options so badly? Very frustrated that we cannot bold or underline!!!?
It is very frustrating that the bold, underline and italic buttons no longer work in email and there are so few fonts to choose from. Seriously thinking of changing to a different email system!!

The rich text formatting toolbar does not work correctly with IE 11.
Try using Yahoo Mail on Firefox or Google Chrome. This has resolved the issue for many.
BTW, to underline, highlight the text and then use Ctrl+U.
