Google Chrome problem?

Google Chrome has been working very well for many months now. Today, suddenly, all my shortcuts for Google Chrome (Quick Launch, Start Menu, Internet button at the top of the Start Menu). Looking at the shortcut path, I see %temp%\chrome_9386\chrome.exe. In that folder, there is chrome.exe and debug.log. Debug.log repeatedly says something about an exported function not being found (RelaunchBrowserWithNew...). In my normal Chrome installation folder (%localappdata%\Google\Chrome\Application\), I see new_chrome.exe but not chrome.exe.

All my shortcuts have changed, and I don't want to change them back. Any idea why this might have happened?

you can just re install it. I don't know what happened to your google chrome.
