eBay question how do use search for things in your area on eBay?
How do you do a local search on eBay and other words search for things in your area?
I live in Oklahoma City

Make sure you are signed in. Do a search for the item you are after. On the left side of the page you will find a link that says "More refinements..." you can then enter the distance from your zip code that you are after.

You can also use eBay Classifieds. It's localized like Craigslist.
