Why does a video thats already buffered play slow?
When i stream videos the gray bar can load all the way but while im watching the video it still goes slow and freezes every now and then. The audio is usually fine and still playing but the video is slow and glitchy. Is there anything i can do to fix this problem?

It can be your video card but I doubt it. Try updating your flash player or checking if your computer has a driver installed for your video card. You can look up your computer on google and put drivers after and download any video driver. If not try using a different internet browser.

The grey bar only indicated how much video has loaded through your internet, not how much your computer has processed video. It's more than likely a slow processor. Video cards will have an effect on youtube's display possibilities but i've always been able to run youtube 1080p on an integrated i5-3470 card.
