'Profile unavailable' on facebook?

Facebook says my profile will be available for few hours but it's been more than 24 hours..
I can't log in and my friends said that when they try to view my profile, it says "Sorry, this profile is not available at the moment. Please try again shortly."
Do you have any idea for this? Do you think I have to get a new one now?
I never tried to deactivate my profile..

I've had that problem (I am a compulsive Facebook Addict! ) a few time. The longest I remember was that it lasted for 2 days, and I have many friends who have had the same problems. This occurs when Facebook developers are performing maintainance on either your account or the server which has you information (from what i have heard).
I'd say, just wait a while and it will come back. I know it sucks!

BTW. I just found this, "If you are seeing a message that your Page is unavailable right now, this is a temporary result of site maintenance, and is not related to the content of your group or event. Please try accessing it in a few hours, when it should be available again with all content restored. If the issue is not resolved after 24 hours, please submit a report here."

Have you deactivated your account recently?
It could be due to that.
