Why are girls not interested?!?
Should I snapchat this girl I've never spoken to before and say "Hey, Can I have your number?x" or should I DM her on twitter? Please help?!

You cant just ask for her number. Do you know her name? if you do, perhaps you could find her on FB? It will scare her away if just come out and say that.
