Cannot add a contact to an assigned list?

I have tried in Google Chrome and in Internet Explorer and I have been able to do this for years but now when I try to assign a contact to an assigned list, it acts like it is doing it but the contact is not showing in the list. I AM using full featured email NOT Basic. I am not using compatibility mode. I also see no way now to create a new mailing contact list.

Me too. I even deleted old contact & reassigned to list & tried again & when I try to do mailing, old address which I deleted shows up. List view shows new address, but when I try to do mail, it's not there.
