How do I ensure that my paypal account will work with selling things on eBay?

I already tried to sell something, but the buyer told me my paypal wasn't verified and they cancelled the payment. I went on and entered bank and credit card info, but how can I be sure that my account will work this time? Thank you!

Ebay own Paypal and if opened account then should have had 2 small depoeits sent to your accout to verify your bank account if didn't then you've put in something wrong so go back on account and check it all out.
